Personal Information We Collect
For orders and accounts we store your name, email, phone, and delivery address, plus the order itself. Card and UPI details for prepaid orders are collected by Razorpay, not saved on our servers. If you write to us, we keep that message.
Device and Traffic Data
Pages you view, device type, and how you reached the site may be recorded through cookies, Google Analytics, and the Meta Pixel.
How We Use It
We use this information to fulfil orders, send order emails, provide invoices, answer support, prevent fraud, and improve the shop.
Order Emails
We email you about orders (placed, shipped, delivered, cancelled). Those are transactional. We do not run a public newsletter with an unsubscribe link. If we ever send optional garden updates, you can reply and ask us to stop.
Risk and Fraud Screening
We may use order and address details to spot unusual or risky orders.
Who Else Sees Data
Razorpay (prepaid payments), courier partners (name, phone, address, and packet details), Google Analytics, and Meta Pixel (browsing and ad measurement). Each receives only what that service needs.
We Do Not Sell Data
We do not sell or rent your name, email, or phone to other seed shops or marketers. Analytics and ad tools still receive browsing data as described above.
Analytics and Ads
Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel load when you visit. They may set cookies to measure traffic and ads. You can block cookies in your browser. The site does not show a separate cookie pop-up.
Your Rights
Email us to ask for a copy of the data we hold, a correction, or deletion. We will do what Indian law allows. Some order records may be kept where tax or dispute rules require it.
How Long We Keep Orders
We keep order records for accounts, support, and tax. If you ask us to delete what we can, we will confirm by email.
Cookies
Cookies keep your cart and login working and help analytics. Blocking all cookies may stop checkout from working.
Security
The site uses HTTPS. Access to the admin and database is limited to people who run the shop.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated text will appear on this page.

The shop is for customers 18 and older.

Reply to any optional update and ask to be removed. We still send emails needed to complete an open order.

Please keep your account name, phone, and address up to date.

Using the site means you have read this policy. Optional marketing is not sent unless you have asked for it.
