Purpose of Sale
Rare Tomato Vault sells rare heirloom garden seeds for hobby and home gardening. Packets are not sold for large-scale commercial farming or unauthorised resale.
User Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to place an order. A parent or guardian may order for family garden use.
Accuracy of Information
Please give a complete name, phone, email, and delivery address. We are not responsible if a packet fails to arrive because the address or phone number was wrong.
Living seeds
Heirloom harvests vary. Gardens, weather, and growers do too.
Product Variations
Seed supply follows the garden harvest. Photos and descriptions are a guide. Fruit colour, shape, size, and flavour can vary with weather, soil, and how the plant is grown.
Seed Use and Germination
Seeds are living things. We check germination as we can, but success depends on climate, soil, water, light, and the grower. Crop failure is not a ground for a refund once the packet has been delivered.

Prices, checkout, and how each packet is prepared.
Pricing
Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) as shown on the product page and at checkout. Checkout requires a minimum of ₹100 before shipping. The amount you pay is the total shown at checkout, including any coupon and the shipping line. Prices can change, but a placed order keeps the checkout total.
Order Processing
We may refuse or limit an order (for example unusual quantity, suspected fraud, or an address we cannot serve). If we cancel, we refund what you paid for the cancelled items.
Payment
Pay online through Razorpay (UPI, cards, or net banking) or by cash on delivery when COD is offered at checkout. Razorpay collects online card and UPI details. We do not store your card or bank numbers. COD is paid to the courier when the packet is delivered.

Intellectual Property
Logos, photos, text, and design on this website belong to Rare Tomato Vault. Please do not copy them for another shop.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent Indian law allows, Rare Tomato Vault is not liable for indirect loss (for example lost harvest or garden expense) after seeds have been delivered as described.
Lawful Use
Use the site and the seeds in line with Indian law. Do not use an order to break plant, import, or resale rules.
Modifications to Terms
We may update these pages. The version on the website on the day you order is the one that applies to that order.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Andhra Pradesh have jurisdiction.
Accounts
We may close an account that is misused (for example fraud or abuse). That does not cancel a paid order already in transit.
